Everything you need to know about formulating, validating, and producing with PhytoForm AI.
PhytoForm AI is a formulation and regulatory platform designed specifically for phytogenic feed additives. It helps you formulate botanical blends, project analyte profiles (COA specifications), check marketing claims against regulatory requirements, and generate manufacturing blueprints — all from a single workspace.
Formulators, regulatory affairs teams, quality assurance managers, and product development leads at feed additive companies working with phytogenic (plant-based) ingredients — essential oils, botanical extracts, herbal preparations, and their carriers.
After signing up, go to Dashboard → New Formulation. Select your target species (e.g., poultry), choose one or more functional domains (e.g., gut health, coccidiosis control), add your botanical ingredients, and submit. The engine will generate a formulation version with a projected analyte profile within seconds.
Poultry (broiler, layer, breeder), swine (starter, grower, finisher, sow), ruminant (dairy, beef, calf), aquaculture (shrimp, fish), equine, companion animals (canine, feline), and small ruminants (goat, sheep).
Each time you modify ingredients or parameters and regenerate, a new version is created. Versions are numbered sequentially (v1, v2, v3...) and each one preserves its own ingredient list, projected analytes, and any associated COA specs, lab results, or manufacturing blueprints. This gives you a full audit trail of your formulation development.
The COA engine uses mass-balance calculations: each ingredient's known assay values are multiplied by their inclusion rates, accounting for carrier dilution and blend ratios. If you've uploaded previous lab results for similar ingredients, the system applies calibration factors derived from your actual data to improve projection accuracy.
Confidence bands define the expected range around a projected analyte value. For example, a projection of 45 ppm with a ±15% band gives a range of 38.25–51.75 ppm. The band width reflects natural production variance and can be tightened as more lab data is uploaded. If your actual lab result falls within the band, the projection is considered validated.
Yes. On any formulation version, go to the COA & Lab tab and enter your actual lab measurements. The system will calculate deviation percentages for each analyte, show whether results fall within confidence bands, and use this data to calibrate future projections.
The platform includes regulatory intelligence for the EU (Reg. 1831/2003, feed additive register), US (AAFCO, GRAS, FDA), Brazil (MAPA), India (BIS/FSSAI for feed), China (MOA feed additive catalogue), Japan (MAFF), Mexico (SENASICA), Thailand (DLD), Vietnam (MARD), Saudi Arabia (SFDA), and more. Coverage is continuously expanded.
Paste your marketing claim, label text, or technical documentation into the scanner. Select the document type (label, marketing, technical dossier) and target markets. The scanner analyzes each claim phrase against market-specific regulations, flags risk levels (HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW), explains why a claim may be non-compliant, and suggests regulatory-safe alternative phrasing.
No. PhytoForm AI provides sourced regulatory summaries and claim risk assessments to help you identify potential compliance issues early. All regulatory outputs include a disclaimer to confirm findings with your local regulatory consultant or authority before submission. The tool is designed to accelerate your regulatory workflow, not replace professional regulatory counsel.
A step-by-step production sequence with parameters (temperatures, mixing times, speeds), Critical Control Point (CCP) flags for steps that affect product safety or quality, in-process QC checks, and equipment notes. Blueprints are generated per formulation version and can be downloaded as PDF.
Technical data sheets, product specifications, regulatory dossier sections, and compliance summaries. Documents are pre-populated with data from your formulation (ingredients, analyte projections, regulatory findings) and can be downloaded as PDF.
Each AI-powered action costs credits. Generating a formulation version uses 1 credit. Generating a COA specification uses 1 credit. Generating a manufacturing blueprint uses 2 credits. Regulatory lookups and risk scans use 1 credit each. Document generation uses 1–2 credits depending on complexity. Free accounts include starter credits.
One formulation version with projected analyte profile, OR one COA specification with confidence bands, OR one regulatory market lookup with source citations, OR one claim risk scan with flagged phrases and suggested alternatives. Manufacturing blueprints cost 2 credits due to their complexity.
Yes. One-time credit packs are available on the pricing page. You can also subscribe to a plan for monthly credit allocations at a better per-credit rate.
