1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PhytoForm AI ("the Platform"), operated by PhytoForm AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PhytoForm AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered tools for phytogenic feed additive formulation, regulatory intelligence, document generation, and manufacturing blueprint creation. The Platform is designed for use by animal nutrition professionals, formulators, regulatory affairs teams, and product development teams.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Credits and Billing

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. AI-powered actions consume credits as described on our pricing page. Free accounts include starter credits. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allocations. One-time credit packs are also available.

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Credits do not carry over between billing periods for subscription plans.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform without our consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
Resell or redistribute Platform outputs without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, software, algorithms, and regulatory knowledge base, is owned by PhytoForm AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your formulation data, ingredient information, and any proprietary data you upload to the Platform.

Documents, specifications, and outputs generated by the Platform using your data are yours to use for your business purposes. However, the underlying templates, regulatory intelligence, and AI models remain our intellectual property.

7. Regulatory Disclaimer

PhytoForm AI provides regulatory intelligence and compliance tools as informational aids. The Platform is not a substitute for professional regulatory, legal, or veterinary advice. All regulatory outputs, risk assessments, and compliance recommendations should be verified with qualified regulatory consultants and relevant authorities before submission or reliance.

We make reasonable efforts to keep regulatory data current and accurate, but regulatory frameworks change frequently. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of regulatory information provided through the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhytoForm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
